E-Poll surveys are a scam – after racking up several thousand points the site is down. No way to contact them or cash in my points. avoid Epoll

E-Poll is not a scam, there site was just down for a day. There site is back up now, and I can assure you that they do deliver on their points. I have redeemed my points for Amazon gift certificates several times. I would suggest you give it another chance, and if you are still having issues you can send an email to customer care by logging into the member’s area.

I redeemed my points on ePoll about 2 months ago for a Starbuck’s gift card and never received it. There is no way to track your shipment or call anyone to inquire about it.

Amy,

You can view your E-Poll points and redemption history by visiting the activity summary page in the member’s area. That section will show you the date the reward was redeemed and the date that it was shipped.

If you have already checked that section, than yes I am afraid that you have done all that you can, without trying to contact their corporate office.

E-Poll ships all rewards via US Postal Service first class mail. Their policy states that E-Poll cannot track shipments, and that they do not guarantee US Postal Service delivery.

I have received several rewards from this via mail in the past with no issues, so hopefully you will get yours soon.

Jim, Do you work for epoll? It sounds like it to me.

Andy,

No I do not work for Epoll or any of the panels on the site. Online-Paid-Surveys.net is a paid survey review site that offers readers editorial and user reviews and comments on survey panels. When I do offer my own feedback on a survey panel, it is based on my own experiences and understanding of the panels.

Jay,

There are two many to list, but some of the more notable gift certificates that E-Poll offers are Target, Blockbuster, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Best Buy, Starbucks and many more retailers. Also you can redeem your accumulated points for cash via PayPal. The current rate is 3500 points = $5 / 6750 points = $10.

Epoll seems to be the slowest of all the survey companies I’m in to send you your reward. I ordered a $25 Amazon certificate on 2/2/10 and did not receive it until 3/11/10!
