E-Poll ships all rewards via US Postal Service first class mail. Their policy states that E-Poll cannot track shipments, and that they do not guarantee US Postal Service delivery. There site is back up now, and I can assure you that they do deliver on their points. I have redeemed my points for Amazon gift certificates several times. I would suggest you give it another chance, and if you are still having issues you can send an email to customer care by logging into the member's area.
