I have also been a member for a while now and never win anything. After reading all these comment, i have come to a conclusion that my thoughts were right, NPD is a scam. I have never won anything on the sweepland spin than little points, and when i put in those sweepstakes, i end up loosing all my points without winning anything. The surveys also take my precious time and i do not get nothing for my imput. This sucks! According to all the comments i have read, “Vance ” is the only one who is happy and won something, i guess he/she is part of the NPD plan to come and blow dust here lol

Okay guys, here is the final announcment. I had a total of 8554 points towards the HDTV Home Theater. On July 31st at the end of the auction, the popularity rank was at 8%.
Unfortunately I did not win.
So after saving up over 8000 points in over two years I came away with nothing. Lame.
Looks like the dumping massive points into one auction idea isn’t so great after all

I just recieved an email from sweeplandwinners@mardenkane.com today saying that im a winner of a portable gaming system and i was wondering how long it will take them to send it and everything or is this just a big hoax and how long will it take if i do actually get the prize?

This site is crap! The hours of your life that you waste away on this site over the years is stupid. The last time I checked if you spend your time doing a service for someone you get paid to do so. This is not what this site does, it gains the benefit of thousands of peoples valuable time with very little to no pay back.

I agree with you and I usually do not rush to take their surveys. I do not like losing.
I do see some people from my state winning small prizes., but there is not way to know if they are survey members or people who work for them.

I never won anything on the wheel, I just wish I could get some other prize instead of points which are going to be wasted on these sweepstakes.
