Wed, 12 May 2010 00:07:28 +0000 http://www.online-paid-surveys.net/blog/?p=216#comment-885 It is so weird, my earned point rewards have 4900 points (equal to $49.00 USD) and I tried to cash out but for some reason it just kept saying Paypal verification failed and I can not cash out on the same paypal account that I had used to cash out before; then a couple of days later some points disappeared just like that and my points just kept shrinking. I called Surveyspot office and left a message more than 3 weeks ago but till today no one had contacted me nor was any resolutions made. What is going on with Surveyspot? First, trying to terminating users' account for no reason and then all the sudden rewards would not shown up and now we have earned rewards all the sudden disappeared into thin air then users can not cash out the hard earned points. Please get your act together. This is just no way to do business, collect money from all the companies that issued the surveys but not paying it's due to it's members who are the foundations of it's company. I had the same "error" message for three weeks. Finally after I called, they responded and said that I violated their "terms and conditions." Confident that I had not, I emailed them to request what I violated (I did not). A few days later, I was getting surveys again but only a couple of surveys had been credited. I had been taking surveys with them for many years but for some reason I couldn't log into my account and when I emailed the member service for help no one responded after more than 2 weeks. So I call their parent company and left a message for Susan who apparently handles Surveyspot accounts and all the sudden within couple hours I got an return email from memberservice responded to my question for help and it indicated that my account has been terminated without giving any reason! I am a law binding citizen with job that requires background check from the FBI and have been cleared numerous time and I require an answer as to why my account was terminated. I called again and left Susan at Surveyspot another message and still waiting for a reply. I too had lots of problems with Surveyspot.
