Toluna, formerly known as Your2Cents, is an excellent points site that has earned me $79.37 since February 11, 2008 and which currently ranks 16th out of my top 25 survey sites. I have completed 48 surveys over the past 18 months on the topics of food, automobiles, cell phones, internet service, healthcare, lifestyles and the work environment with incentives ranging from 3000 points ($1) to 9000 ($3), with some special surveys paying up to 20,000 ($6.66). Most surveys are between five and 30 minutes, with longer surveys earning the higher amounts. The most exciting thing about Toluna … is that it is also a social networking site with over 2.5 million members where you can customize your profile, add a photo of yourself and earn points by taking polls, giving your opinion or simply by being popular.
You receive a one-time bonus of 2000 points when you complete all 15 Interest surveys. They pay by checks, which arrive in six to eight weeks, after you have reached the 30,000 point ($10) minimum cash out threshold. I have cashed out six times for $70 since joining. There is also a quarterly $5000 prize drawing, which you are automatically entered into each time you attempt a survey or you can trade in 1500 points for additional entries.
How can I earn points at Toluna?
- Sign Up: 500 points (Awarded for advanced registration)
- Content popularity bonuses: (15,000 points per month limitation on points earned via Social Rewards)
- Write an opinion: 100 points (must be over 80 words, limited to 5000 points per month).

What do you think about SayNationTeens.com? They seem to pay more.
Looks like SayNation is a nice panel so far. They have it broken down into to similar sites one for teens and one for adults, both however share the same user base so you can join either one. They offer prizes that vary from gift certificates to paypal. I will have to post a full review of this one later, once I get a chance to take a few surveys on their site.
Thanks for the tip!
Greetings Jim:
I am so sorry to say this but Your2Cents or whatever there acllings them selves ( Tolouna ) is one of the worst survey sites out there. It is definately not the worst one. I redeemed several checks from them in the past. Some taking from 6 weeks! to 8 1/2 weeks just to get mey little check from them. Before i had let them go i used to think that they were a good survey company. their surveys are not that bad. It is the time frame that it take to send out your check is what makes it tragic. I would not recceomend this survey website to anyone in the world. Here is a site you should take alook at http://www.opinionbar.com

Robert,
Sorry you do not like Toluna, but honestly I have had good luck with Your2cents (now Toluna) in the past. It does take a little time for the money to arrive sometimes, but that does not bother me to much as long as it arrives, and their surveys incentives are not bad.
I tried opinionbar in the past, and was not too impressed, but hey maybe I will look at that one again.
Toluna has the worst customer service of all, I have called them about 9 times without a call back, I have emailed them 43 times without a response back, the do not pay you for some surveys, I completed 15 different surveys from August 19th to November 6th and still have not been paid my money that they promised.
I would rate Toluna a F-
